Approved by the American Heart Association, this course includes adult and pediatric CPR and FBAO, dual rescuer CPR, barrier devices, and AED. The course focuses on the needs of the professional caregiver. Successful completion includes certification from the American Heart Association, which is valid for two years. Join Lisa Krueger of Oak View Studio as she shares different techniques for building a nest using professional grade watercolor paint on an 11″ x 15″ piece of watercolor paper. Participants will incorporate colors of their choice once the basic nest shape is formed. This is a fun and liberating painting experience. Beginners are welcome. This informative open house is aimed at people living with Parkinson’s disease, their family members, carers and friends. During the open house, attendees will learn about the support available in other areas of the state, share the benefits of these programs, gauge interest in building a local support group, and gather ideas from attendees.
